 Founded in December 2002, the company evolved as the result of a management buy-out from the well-known group of companies FAY Management Holding AG. As a result of the deal, BIC Blum Immobilien Consulting GmbH took over the consulting and estate agency division of Fay Grundstücks-, Verwaltungs- & Finanzierungs-KG, which had been in business since 1961. This spin-off enabled each of the companies to streamline its own corporate profile in its own segments of the commercial property market.

 In addition to conventional estate agency business in the commercial property sector, the range of services offered by BIC Blum Immobilien Consulting GmbH also includes investment business, portfolio consulting, market and location analysis, valuations and developing concepts for project processing.
